The Dutch Electro House stars take Future Music through their production tips and tricks used on their remix of Martin Solveig's track 'One 2. 3 Four'.
In first part the guys cover: Drums, Bass and Creative Vocal Edits.
In second part the guys cover: The Mason Signature Sound and Groups and Busses.
Mason is the stage name of the Dutch music producer duo Iason Chronis and Coen Berrier. They had a number one on the UK Dance Chart in 2007 with their track Exceeder. Exceeder had originally been an instrumental and had received a vinyl only release in the UK in 2006. The new version of the track, Perfect (Exceeder) featured vocals from Princess Superstar and reached number 3 on the national British chart in January 2007. The number was a big hit in The Netherlands as well. Mason has been very popular with Ministry of Sound featuring on many of their annual compilations.
Other bootlegs of Exceeder, such as Hollaback Exceeder (a mashup with Gwen Stefani's Hollaback Girl) exist.
Mason has released music on numerous electro and techno labels, such as Great Stuff Recordings, and Pickadoll Music, and remixed artists such as Moby, Robyn and Gabriella Cilmi. In 2008 they launched their own label 'Animal Language'.
